William Falconer grew up in Buckinghamshire, and read for his degree in music at Hertford College, Oxford, where he held an organ scholarship.
He is currently a lay clerk in the choir of Norwich Cathedral, where he receives vocal tuition from Patricia Rozario, and occupies himself otherwise as a freelance musical administrator, singer, organist and pianist. He is accompanist to the UEA Choir and the Norfolk Camerata, and administrator of the Southrepps Classical Music Festival. Recent concerts have included accompanying Brahms’ Liebeslieder Walzer at the Southrepps Festival, and Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle (as harmoniumist) with the UEA choir.
